Disputes

To dispute a parking fee notice, you may do so in writing within 21 days from the date of the notice using our dispute form.

Please make sure to include the following:

1. Invoice number

2. Vehicle license plate number or VIN

3. Your name and address

4. Your daytime phone number

5. A detailed reason for the dispute

6. Any pertinent receipts, photos, and/or documentation

Once the dispute letter has been received, no late fees will accrue during the review process. You will be notified by mail within 7 - 10 business days of the results. If you already disputed a Notice of Parking Fee and your dispute was denied, you may continue the appeals process by requesting an Administrative Review. Administrative Reviews are performed by third party Certified Hearing Examiners. All necessary forms to continue the process were included in your denial letter.
